Nikki's career began in hospitality long before it expanded into marketing. From restaurants and entertainment venues to large-scale events and destination experiences, she spent years learning what makes businesses stand out and what keeps customers coming back. As she stepped into marketing leadership roles, she noticed a common challenge. Business owners were juggling marketing alongside everything else it takes to run a successful business. That's what inspired Banxton & Co. Built on the belief that businesses deserve more than another vendor, Banxton & Co. exists to be a true marketing partner. Today, Nikki helps hospitality, entertainment, and lifestyle brands build thoughtful marketing strategies that support their goals, strengthen their brand presence, and create meaningful connections with
their audience.
